We have received inquiries that some users are unable to log in to ShareAid after the start of the new academic year.

 

ShareAid accounts are managed using email addresses.

 

Accordingly, if your email address has changed due to advancing from an undergraduate program to a graduate program or for other reasons, you may not be able to log in to ShareAid.

 

In such cases, we apologize for the inconvenience, but you will need to register your ShareAid account again.
